The good, the bad, and the unexpected

The location is fantastic with stunning sea views and easy beach access. Staff varies from exceptionally friendly to somewhat unhelpful. Rooms are in the process of renovation, showcasing both comfort and some dated elements. Dining options are good, especially the breakfast variety, but room cleanliness left a bit to be desired during my stay.

The beach access was fantastic, just steps away from the

hotel, making it easy to enjoy the sun and sea. However, the air conditioning struggled during the hot afternoons, which was a bit uncomfortable.

I had a wonderful stay. The location was perfect, just steps from the beach. The breakfast offered so many delicious choices. My room was comfortable and very clean. The staff were attentive and friendly. 😊...  

The Crowne Plaza offered a fantastic location, just steps from the beach, making it easy to enjoy leisurely strolls along the promenade. The breakfast was diverse, featuring freshly baked croissants and a variety of organic...  

I loved the accessibility of the Crowne Plaza Tel Aviv Beach. the elevators were easy to use, and the location made it effortless to access the beautiful beach right outside, perfect for leisurely strolls along the promenade....  

I loved the location right by the beach. Walking along the promenade was so refreshing. The room was clean and spacious, with a nice minibar. The included breakfast had a great variety that kept us satisfied each day. Staff were friendly and responsive to our needs. On the downside, the WiFi was very unreliable, dropping out multiple times. There was also loud maintenance work during our stay that made it hard to relax. Communication from the staff could have been better regarding the work schedule. Overall, I enjoyed my time here, but these issues need addressing for a better experience.

Great Stay with Stunning Views

We enjoyed 9 nights in a cozy Standard Room, featuring a great balcony view of the beach. The breakfast buffet had an impressive range of options. Special thanks to the lobby restaurant staff, especially Oster, for his exceptional service. For those planning to stay, ask about the room features and staff recommendations!

Some areas could use a refresh, particularly the entrance and lobby, which lack visual appeal. The elevators are notoriously slow. on several occasions, I found myself waiting far too long for one to arrive. Although the A/C worked hard to keep the room cool, I found it tricky to adjust the temperature for a comfortable night, which may be a personal quirk. Additionally, the bathroom flush seemed finicky, often requiring multiple attempts to work properly, and while the fitness and spa facilities are decent, a richer variety of gym equipment would enhance the experience.

We had a brilliant time! The breakfasts were amazing with a vast variety, and the swimming pool was perfect for relaxing after a busy day. The staff was very helpful, making our stay even better. Would love to return!
